in the United States.

This is confirmed in Nick Mech's report released in 2006, which covered most years pertinent

to our cases.

At the time of production, this report was the most up-to-date public material available

on that specific ranking.

Outside of the range, 1978 to 1996, another hospital may earn the designation of most

kidnapped.
