Lauren Delani Miller, you're back. I'm back, baby. Yeah. Oh, it feels so good. I'm so excited

you are back. We missed you over the last year and a half. I know you were doing incredible things. A lot in your life has also changed since you were a part of this team. Oh, yeah, big time. My husband and I welcomed baby Max to our family back in August. He's four months old and changed now. So as you know, having a kid changes just about everything

in your life. It's a crazy adventure, maybe the craziest I've been on yet, you know. Talk about

the LDM commitment scale. We're way up there. We're committed. You are. Obviously, things change,

but like things in life are kind of always changing right and it is

so interesting because like if i like think back about it i just feel like there's like yeah we we had this

like new little person in our world yeah it was incredible but it was like i don't think we really

wildly altered what we were doing or what we were interested in, right? I don't know. It's like,

you know, you've done all these things in your life. You've, you've been a bonafide dirtbag

living in a shack behind a guiding company. You were a member of Yosemite Search and Rescue. You've

been a climbing historian and an author. And like that love for climbing, that love for being

outside, it does not
