Summary

The conservative movement, or what is left of it, is at a generational crossroads. I break down the Texas primary vote to show that although there were some victories, conservatives still underperformed because Baby Boomers continue to support status-quo Republicans. We need a message of pro-humanism vs. transhumanism to bring in younger Republicans to a constructive alternative to the Baby Boomer GOP. Later on, I discuss the shocking reality of the AI and green energy takeover. From Ohio to Oklahoma, state governments are handing over your land and spiking your utility bills to build massive data centers, wind farms, solar arrays, and carbon-capture pipelines. You are footing the bill for a transhumanist, ultra-processed future. It's time to draw the battle lines: Pro-Humanism vs. Transhumanism. Learn more about your ad choices. Your host, Daniel Horowitz, of Sierra Podcasts, back here today to discuss the crossroads that we are at, really as a party, although I'm not a Republican, but as a movement on the right, whatever little left there is of the right, and a crossroads of generations.

And I want to comment a lot on the Texas primaries, the takeaways from the Texas primaries.

Maybe if we have time, we'll get a little bit back to the Iran War.

And then I want to touch on kind of a roundup of state rhino news, how red states continue to fail us.

0:59.5

So if we don't have red states, well, we certainly don't have blue states, where do we go?

1:04.0

Oh, and then our physical states are getting gobbled up because we're losing our land to data centers, wind, solar,

1:13.2

carbon capture, and who's standing for us?

1:16.8

Who is standing for us?

1:19.5

What my take away from watching the first primary, and I know there were some successes

1:25.0

relatively there, knocking out, Crenshaw in a primary, which was

1:30.0

unusual. And okay, so that's one congressman who was defeated, I guess better than zero.

1:35.5

But the bottom line is we have a generational problem, where on the one hand, we have baby boomers

1:42.6

who roughly have the right values.

1:46.8

I think they share our traditional values, but they are completely aloof and clueless as to

1:54.0

how to implement those values.

1:56.5

And in fact, they dogmatically support the incumbent GOP that actually subverts those values.

2:05.0

And hence, this is how a guy like Greg Abbott could run and get 82% of the vote against

2:12.5

Doc Chambers last done. Obviously, we knew he would crush it. But it's still, you know,

2:16.6

when you see it, 82% willing to vote for him. Now you might say, well, he didn't have a well-funded challenger.
