The Godly Male Counterpart to the Proverbs 31 Woman: Devotional Bible Study of Psalm 112   Many of us have heard of and studied the godly woman in Proverbs 31, but did you know there is a male counterpart to that passage? It’s found in Psalm 112. While many of the characteristics apply to both men and women, the ancients who heard this passage would have heard it as an example of what it meant to be a Godly man. Today’s episode is so interesting, I pray it blesses you.   Thoughts to Journal: If you are honest, does fear occupy more of your thoughts than it should? If the fear of God doesn’t leave room for fear of the world, what does that mean for your fears? The key is your relationship with God. If that relationship is not where it should be, spend some time in prayer, talking to God about that today. Today’s Key Verse: Light shines in the darkness for the godly. They are generous, compassionate, and righteous.
