| 1:07.3 | bring myself to post a podcast about yoga. I just did not feel right. I wanted our collective focus to be on what is happening out there. |
| 1:16.0 | I think that there is definitely a tendency in the yoga community to focus so much on ourselves and our own well-being that sometimes, you know, I will hear like, I'm doing a news fast, I can't, I can't handle it, it's too much for my nervous system or sort of this idea of like taking self-care sort of to the max. |

| 1:46.5 | tuning into ourselves, learning about ourselves, learning about how we respond to things and how we need to stay well and that's important and a lot of it is self-reflection |
