The Goals Most Leaders Overlook Part 2. Now last week was part one, and I just dealt with one

0:16.0

goal that most leaders overlook. And I'd say it's the first one, and that is ourselves,

0:22.3

our own discipleship and formation in Jesus, our own following of Christ, Christ being formed in us, that the number one thing

1:32.8

they're unrestrained, they're running off in all direction. And so vision is essential for effective

1:37.6

leadership. That applies to whether it's a church, a nonprofit, a parish church, family, you name

1:42.0

it, marketplace. And hopefully that vision comes out of who we are and who God is.

1:47.0

The challenge is, now, what next?

1:50.4
