EP 578 – Chad Lubinski had your average government job but after getting into ultra running and diving deeper into the outdoors he knew he had to make a change.

1:26.0	and I was just like, I got to go. Got a role. Yeah. Is that the moment you knew a desk job
1:30.0	was not going to happen anymore? Yeah, for sure. And it's always, I've always wanted an exit
1:35.0	strategy, but you know how it goes. It's very comfortable. You get a lot of really good
1:39.0	benefits. You get this and that, and you kind of start talking to yourself out of it.
