Summary
In the early 1990s, a contractor working alone in a rural Texas home experienced something he couldn’t explain.
It began with movement in an empty room — subtle enough to question, but impossible to ignore. Then came a sudden chill… and a faint sound that didn’t seem to come from any one direction.
When he mentioned it to the homeowner, he didn’t get disbelief. He got a name.
The house sits near a creek and an old cemetery, and the story attached to it goes back decades. But what unsettled him most wasn’t fear. It was the feeling that he wasn’t unwelcome.
