And I don't mean that in a morose, I wanted all to end sort of way.

I mean I think about what the reality of death means for life.

We all instinctively turn away from these thoughts.

But what if there's real value in facing it head on?

Many of the great philosophical traditions recognize that what we're really after is

And that's because this life is all we have.
