Two of the most haunted locations in Phoenix are the Orpheum Theater in the San Carlos Hotel,

two places Laura Lovato Stenzel knows quite well.

As a seasoned ghost to her guide in Phoenix for 14 years,

she has shared the tales of the spirits that reside there

and has even encountered those spirits herself.

At the Orpheum Theater, the most famous spirit is Maddie, who resides in the balcony.

Many guests have reported seeing her, some report seeing someone stepping off the balcony and simply disappearing.

Another spirit seems to like the stage area and has even appeared to a crew member.

She was so real that he actually spoke to her.

Laura also feels a deep personal connection

to Leone Jensen who tragically leaped from the roof of the San Carlos Hotel just weeks after

the hotel opened.

Laura, along with the help of a few others, has been working on piecing together her story.
