But first, in 1879, the Banta Inn was opened in what's now, Tracy, California.

For almost 150 years, people have gone there to eat, drink, and have a good time.

But in 1968, owner Tony Kukhan died in the bar, and subsequently, numerous patrons and

employees began reporting ghostly phenomena.

So what's more, some of the phenomena have been caught on video.

So who was Tony Kukin? What have people reported? And how

credible is this case? That's what we'll be talking about on this episode of Jimmy Eakin's

mysterious world. So Jimmy, how will today's episode work? Well, we're going to be talking with

Lloyd Auerbach, who is one of the key investigators of the Banta Inn.

Most of today's episode will be an interview that I recently did with him, and the interview will cover almost everything you need to know.

However, before we start the interview, I want to call attention to one of the things that we didn't mention in it.

In 1991, Lloyd brought a Japanese psychic named Iko

Gibo and an American psychic named Kathy Reardon to the end to see what they could pick up.

With them was a Japanese film crew that was recording Mrs. Gibo's visit to the United States.
