I play Pokemon. I read one piece every week. Basically, Japan games, Japanese games. I cover all of it. Thank you for having me.

This is the first time we've talked since worlds, actually. And we planted this all the way back at worlds.

We were talking in the plough of the hotel room and you were like, dude, we got to have you on the podcast. I'm like, dude, you need to do it in two and a half months when I'm actually back in the United States.

So yeah, it's been a whirlwind between like Cape Town and then London and then New York and then Chicago and then Hawaii.

And now I'm finally back at home in LA. So thank you very much for accommodating. It's a pleasure. Also, I will say you guys are the first Pokemon centric podcast that I have been on since I was in high school.

That's a lot of qualifiers right there.

Take a whole lot of narrowing the category down to make it a first. You're the first to be posted podcasts that started in 2010 that it's been going through this like this Pokemon specific that has one host named Greg and one host named Steve.

That I have been on. You're the first. You're the first. No, the last time I was on specifically a Pokemon podcast was the Bulba cast.

And this was like going on like, yeah, I wasn't even like Roger's base at the time. I was going by like Nintendo theater, which is like my old old name when I was like a Bulba wiki editor person. So yeah, this is like way back in the day. This was when battle frontier was airing in North America.

And I was going on therapy looking for the little screenshots from the episodes. And I'm refrucing out when set pile finally.

So that's how long it's been. So I have to be back in the game. I forgot the Bulba cast was a thing. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Is it not still a common gut? No.

Hey, I think before the pandemic, they tried to start it up again. And then I don't think it made it. But you know, podcast.

They got you guys compete with they said too bad. It's super.

It's just too good.

I mean, we I'm not saying we actively hunt down other Pokemon podcasts and make them pay in suffer, but don't we have we have a new Pokemon to talk about.
