Necrozma Arrives This Summer

Pokémon Sleep prepares a new update. Netflix announces that we are getting the next episodes of Pokémon Horizons in May and also that we are getting more episodes of Pokémon Concierge. Necrozma and Ultra Beasts will be in raids during GO Fest this summer, all with the chance of being Shiny. The final trailer for the Indigo Disk shows us more of what the DLC will include. Pokémon Sleep won some Google Play awards! Pokémon GO just launched their new Season, Timeless Travels, which involves Hisui Pokémon and a whole lot of Sinnoh. This season also leads up to the Sinnoh Tour, which will happen in LA early next year. This season will also include a $5 ticket each month, which is getting closer and closer to a monthly membership for the game. Pokémon Horizons finally has a USA date, which is also early next year. Future Pokémon Bank Closing & Seoul Safari Zone

With the 3DS and the Wii U online services completely shutting down in April of 2024, we know that Pokémon Bank will still work for a "period of time" after that, but we don't know how much longer. This is the last bridge we can cross Pokémon over into the Switch. Thoughts on the new format of Safari Zones with a trip to South Korea to play that experience. The Van Gogh Pikachu Disaster Explained

Placeholder We have confirmation that bug fixes for the Teal Mask DLC are coming early October. The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam launched a collaboration with Pokémon over the next couple months resulting in what seemed to be a Black Friday rush over a new Pikachu card. This rush also seemed to cause a rush on Pokémon Center's website causing disappointment for most fans attempting to get in on this collaboration. Pokémon Sleep remains a good game.

Kitakami Issues in the Teal Mask DLC

The Teal Mask DLC has a planned update for early October for a bug that is preventing players from finishing one of the side storylines in the game. Longterm Pokémon Sleep Thoughts

Pokémon Sleep is now available for download pretty much globally. After a couple nights with the game, we talk about the pros and cons of the game and if giving the game money would be worth it. There is also a couple of bugs with the game that could sour some people's experience. 2023 World Championships are around the corner and a big event at Worlds just got canceled. This adds to the already crowded event where lots of Trainers can't get into any of the side-events due to the lottery system. Comic-con goers got to see the first 10 mins of the English version of Pokémon Horizons.

Protesting The Pokémon Company

The South Korean tournament circuit has been run so poorly this year that the top 4 Korean VGC players decided to protest The Pokémon Company and all 4 got disqualified from the event. Pokémon HOME 3.0.0 is here and not much has changed. Regulation D starts on July 1st and this will be the official format for Worlds.
