I have now obtained the audio of the hearing that was held in the third district court in Salt Lake City where Judge Faust is the assigned judge in the litigation that is ongoing between John Delin, OSF, and Gen Camp.

This hearing is over four hours long and I'm not going to make you

wait until the very end to hear what is likely the most important thing that was

said during the course of this entire hearing.

At the very end of the hearing, Judge Faust had some choice words which he addressed directly

to Gen Camp. and here they are.

Frankly, I'm just going to be very candid.

I'm having a challenge trying to decide how much I believe you.

response and your actions of this manner and the way that you've conducted the discovery and the responses, the filing of your motions, etc. is based

on ignorance and lack of understanding of how to handle these things by not being a lawyer versus taking

the actions or steps to not provide the information or not make it available.

You generally judge people based on the things that they say and what they do.

And the severe inconsistencies in your position in responding to things causes a lot of concern.

Frankly, I don't see a great deal of candor. I don't see a great deal of forthrightness.

Where though?
