Tonight's episode, Jen Camp tries to kick judge off case.

You know, I haven't been following with any kind of detail what's been going on down in Salt Lake City in this lawsuit between John Delin, OSF, versus Gen Camp. I did do a couple of podcasts on it where it impacted me directly, but what is going on recently,

Beggers belief. It's actually astonishing and it's just an added plus that it doesn't involve me at this point

it only involves the parties and the judge by the way because Jen Camp is

trying to kick the assigned judge Judge Faust off of the case. And what she did was through an attorney, a temporary

attorney named S Mark Barnes.

She got him, a licensed attorney in the state of Utah to file this motion to kick Judge Faust off the case.

Let me show you what we have here. Here it is. Here's the motion. See

S Mark Barnes up there in the upper left corner, bar number 05034. He's an

expert in tax law. So of course that's what he's doing,

filing a motion for disqualification of the judge

in a civil suit, which has little to nothing to do with taxes.

But I understand he might or might not be married

to a close friend of Jen,

and that's how he got roped into this.

Regardless, he's the one who filed this

based largely, if not exclusively,

on just what Jen told him because there's no indication

that he actually looked any further than that in making this motion so it's
