Let's begin by closing your eyes and breathing yourself into slow.

Letting your breath's rhythm help you find your stillness. In your body, in your breath, in this moment. Allow yourself to settle deeper into the comfort of your bed as each breath unravels a piece of the day. Feel the fabric beneath you.
