And that's all they have a job because there's no path for them to grow within the company.

A lot of times when you have a job, you just kind of do the same thing over and over.

At some point you get tired of that routine and you look and now it becomes about money and

then you go somewhere else and now you're just moving because a 50 cents here or a dollar there you really never build a
