Please share with us your background and how you got started in real estate. Yeah, sure. So,

so first and foremost, I'm the chief investment officer at cadre, where we invest across all asset

classes in the United States looking at real estate investments here.

But how did I get started, man?

It's been a while.

In the mid-90s, I came out of the prestigious University of Wisconsin-Madison's real estate program.

So I am a badger, proud of it, and came out and went into a kind of a real estate services

business, technically speaking, the sell side. So it did a kind of a realty services business,

you know, technically speaking, the South Side.

So did a lot of asset level dispositions, financing, things of that nature.

And looking back on that, I was able to kind of see a ton of transactions.
