today we're going to dig into this asset. This is something we don't talk a lot about, but it's really

fascinating in so many different levels from a opportunity perspective, from a risk to reward, from tax, all of it.

It's really, to me, it's just fascinating.

And, you know, we always hear a lot of stories from the oil and gas space, but we don't

So I really wanted to bring on Troy to kind of really dig into the details.

So, Troy, maybe you can give us a little bit of your background for the listeners.

I started in the industry in 1985 as a licensed investment broker with FINRA, representing

high-network clients who wanted to be involved in exploration for tax benefits and economic

return.

And over the last 35 years, I simply moved through the various sectors and energy from midstream,

meaning pipelines and gathering and transportation, exploration, which was seismic, saltwater

wells, and production. And I've also been involved in the mineral rights assets as well as the

fabrication. So I've had a full career across the gamut of oil and gas investments
