So what's on your horizon now as you're looking around?

Well, it's very important to note that we do a lot of research here. We do a lot of

research and one of the things I do, my husband is in health care so I tend to follow this. I look

at disease processes and I look at disease trends because I'm a firm believer that

disease trends are the precursors of how people are going to eat. But then also, but so that's like on a broad scale of trends.

But the other thing is is take a look at where we are technologically and I'm just going to take my youngest child.

You know, you and I growing up, our parents growing up, we didn't have access to talking to people across the world or playing a game with them like my you know my child does so we're seeing a trend in in this new, this generation alpha of being more worldly in their eating habits

of wanting to try more food from a little more adventurous.

And then so in that regard, it's actually interesting too because I think in the gardening world it's also kind of true right people want to grow

more exotic like to them like spices or herbs like for example ginger and turmeric have been extremely popular in the garden these past couple years.
