Why don't you give us a little background about what you do and who you are?

Thank you, Jacques. I'm thrilled to be here. I'm a long time fan. I am a food scientist. I was classically trained in the Fortune 100 global food companies.

And in the last decade, in the last decade I have started my own business. It's the

ubiquity business, the soup to nuts, and we launch food products in

consumer package goods arena. So those are packages that you would see out in retail.

Oh, okay, very cool. So is your background for food science is, sounds like you're very focused on food safety and like development of recipes that are

also delicious but also safe. So like what goes into that process of bringing in something like that for the consumer.

I always considered food scientists now, you know, we're getting this popularity because of

foodies, but back in the day, food science is actually a interdisciplinary study at a university usually in a college of agriculture and agricultural science.

So it's your chemistry, your biology, your biology, your

microbiology, and your food processing.

And I always consider food scientists

as the superheroes of the food business
