And I think it's appropriate for a time like this when everyone's commentating on the cabinet

picks as if it's a fantasy football pick or, hey, you know, what do you think of the quarterback?

It's not really like that.

I think too many people have exaggerated this canard of personnel as policy.

Of course it matters.

But I think we've so over-indulged it that we forget policy is policy.

You know, the point is, it's just you can't appoint a bunch of people that are subversive to it and expect it to succeed.

But at the same time, there's an overarching vision.
