because sometimes it helps inform me of what you guys want to know about, which then helps

the reporting. Anyways, today at Commander's facility where I'm

wrapping up Friday practice, another very, very hot one. I don't know if you can see, but I'm

sweating up a storm here, folks, and it's okay. I'm going to go have to go take another shower.

And it's like, these are becoming two and three shower days, and that's okay, because it's

training camp, that's what you do. But it's really been a hot one and also uh today was visitors day at commander's park you had waleigh was here and met a bunch of

the play you know talked to a few of the players afterwards including jane daniels met up with

adam peters i'm not sure peters knew who he was and then um you know a few other players brian robinson

guys that knew durant Payne.

And then Trey Lipscomb, an infielder with the Washington Nationals, he was here watching practices as well.

I met a few of the guys afterwards, including Jaden Daniels, and talked to Dan Quinn for a second.

And Lipscomb grew up in Frederick Maryland. So, you know, mean, I'm assuming he must be a fan at some level
