Anyway, so today I'm joined by former Washington, tight end Logan Paulson.

We get into a lot of topics, starting off with some camp fights, some fun memories of camp fights because getting into that time where there may be one or two of these coming up, get padded, padded practices, 90 degree heat, recipe for skirmishes.

Anyway, also what he has taken from the first week and a half or so of camp,

what he looks for. Very insightful as always. And just as a little programming note,

they have practiced Sunday. They have practiced Tuesday. They travel to New York on Wednesday,

joint practice Thursday off, you know, walk through Friday and then game on Saturday. And some of the days like Monday, I think is, walkthrough Friday, and then game on Saturday. And some of the

days like Monday, I think is a walkthrough. Saturday, as you're listening to this, they had some

level of walkthrough. We don't have access on walkthroughs, but I'll continue to do a podcast every
