Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

This evening, I was so blessed to be just outside of Achisid, Kansas,

with a wonderful Rosary team rounded up by Doug

and Mary T. Heenick, a number of young couples, family, friends, lots of little

kids.

It was fantastic.

Had a little problem with the audio. So my wife Sandy is gracious enough to

pray the second time with me this evening.

So let's call to mind all those

that we've promised to pray for,

especially for the repose of the soul of sister Susan's father Tom and for her family and in a special way we want to pray this evening for all of our priests in our country.

They're struggling because of COVID, angry people over schools and masks, things that they have to deal with that we don't have to deal with that's hard.

And at times we can push them to the brink. Now God can use this for their sanctification, but we need to pray in a special way for our bishops and priests at this time. We need them so that we can have the powerful beings to God through

the Eucharist and reconciliation. It's easy to look at the world, our country and the church and wonder who's in charge and it can easily appear as if the devil

the prince of this world and his agents are but no matter how it, they are not in charge. God is in charge.

Now, there is still opposition from the world, or fallen human desires and the devil,

but having great opposition isn't a sign to be angry, fearful, or despairing.

It is our opportunity to achieve the greatness for which we were made, to become Saints.

After all, who can be a hero without a problem or a villain to overcome.
