Our first story for the month is titled The Forgotten and is by Elian Bui.

Elian Bui is a short story writer and novelist based in Singapore.

Elian writes speculative science fiction and contemporary fiction and is seeking literary

representation.

She has an emulate in philosophy from the University of St Andrews and an MA in interdisciplinary

humanities from New York University, mostly in ethics and social theory.

Elian has a working background in fleet management, port logistics and mining, which has brought

her to some of the largest in most advance ships and or mining operations in the world.

This experience brings a unique perspective to her writing, particularly in speculative

and climate fiction.
