planning and prepping an episode, a solo episode. Oh my God, I wrote it, I recorded it, I edited it, it's a Sunday, I took hours away from my family to do so,

because your brain is mush. I have not had childcare in quite a while. I've not had the headspace

that time, I'm pretty impulsive in the last minute when it comes to this podcast. So I'm actually

really stuck now because I've done this. I've spent all day doing it. I don't want to leave you

with nothing for tomorrow. So I'm going to share, I guess,

another version or another approach to an episode that I obviously think is so important. It's

worth talking about twice. And that is the focus that I think we need to give to our values.

So in a recent episode, I focused a lot on anxiety as a compass. I mentioned that if

anxiety is a compass, our values are our North Star. In this episode, I wanted to just go a little bit

deeper into the idea of values and how to set them and how to be clear in them, what they are,
