0:00.0	If you're just listening, I'm not sure how up on what the youths are saying these days, but
0:05.6	the term flex is a term that I'm going to use here. And the word flex means this.
0:10.0	It's a term used to describe how someone might show off or display their physical accomplishment,
0:14.9	their acumen, their success, their competence. And so today, I felt compelled to encourage men.
0:22.2	Namely, what is the biggest flex that a man can have? I mean, what's the biggest display of
0:28.4	their success in this life? And as I was doing research, as I was praying through this, I felt
0:34.0	like there were five facets of what I'm going to call fierce men. And so today, I'm just going
0:38.6	to encourage the husbands. So if you're a wife, you're watching this, you're listening to this,
0:42.0	maybe you could send this to your husband, maybe you'll pick something out of this that you can
0:44.8	use to encourage, or you could actually glean ways as a wife, you might be able to encourage
0:49.1	your husband in these five facets of what it means to be a fierce man. So we'll see you, or I'll see
0:55.2	you on the other side. So it's a bit awkward. I got to say, this is the first time, now if you're
1:05.6	watching this, you would have noticed this immediately. But I'm here without Selena. And I feel as if
1:14.0	a great part of me is missing. And it's true. It is, she is missing. Rest assured, everything in
1:20.1	the Frederick household is okay with the exception of having a baby who is throwing up today. And
1:27.1	actually last week, we went to record. And you guys, this is a marriage podcast. So I got to be honest.
1:33.3	We didn't record because we had a significant argument. And we just could not bring ourselves
1:40.2	to record. And then we went camping. So we didn't have time to make up for it. We made up with
1:45.6	one another. But we didn't have time to record an episode and get it out. And I didn't even have
1:51.1	time to communicate that to anyone. So if you were wondering, we had one listener ride in and she was
1:56.2	asking, are you guys okay? Because we rarely, rarely miss an episode. But here we are. So Selena's
