Kilmar Abrago Garcia. Senator Van Hollen is now back on American soil and telling reporters this.

It's good to be home. Now we need to end the illegal abduction of Kilmar-Abego-Garcia and bring him home too.

If you deny the constitutional rights of one man, you threaten the constitutional rights and due process for everyone else in America.

The Trump administration is asserting a right to stash away residents of this country

in foreign prisons without the semblance of due process.
