Summary

The House of Representatives released transcripts from two witness depositions on Monday officially moving the impeachment inquiry into a public phase. 0:09.2	Today is Monday, November 4th, and here's what's happening. There is breaking news this hour from Capitol Hill.
0:16.0	explosive new developments in the impeachment inquiry into President Trump.
0:20.0	We're getting our very first look at the first batch of transcripts from witnesses in
0:24.9	the impeachment investigation into Donald Trump.
0:27.6	House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff made a surprise announcement this
0:31.3	morning. This morning released the depositions of
0:34.0	Ambassador McKinley and Ambassador Yvonnevich and I will leave you all to review
0:39.3	those transcripts. For weeks we've been watching witnesses head to Capitol Hill, only to disappear behind closed doors
0:46.0	for their testimony.
0:47.0	But the House vote last week triggered a new more public phase in the inquiry, which
0:52.4	went into effect pretty quickly.
0:54.5	The House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said that it was his expectation that he was
0:58.6	going to make these transcripts public this week.
