Welcome to Manager Tools. Today's show, the first rule of probing in interviews. Here we go. Now you'd have to agree that most interviews are terrible right that's that's no news to to you nor anybody else listening to this podcast I can imagine.

Are you not happy at manager tools Mike? Are you going out and interviewing? Are you telling me that you've been doing poorly in your interviews?

No, no, what I'm getting at, what I'm getting at, when we say interviews, I think most people don't get which side.

Most people would say being an interviewee, right?

Yeah, it's true.

We're not talking about it from the perspective of the candidate in this case.

No, we're talking about, yeah, we're talking about the manager, right?

Yeah, yeah, exactly.

Yeah, and look at most of us really are not very good at all at interviewing, right right and then when you combine that with the

weakness what every manager tools member knows that interviewing is the most important thing

you do.

Just to say that again folks, interviewing

is the most important thing you do.

Most important thing you do.

You combine those two things.

It just might be a problem.

Weakness at the point of battle, is weakness at the decision, decisive point of battle is

you're saying that's a problem?

The opposite of mass at the point of attack, right?
