I've been having more and more of those recently due to the fact of as you would have heard

in the last couple of episodes I had a real bout of clinical depression and I know it was

clinical depression because it it there wasn't anything that should have caused it, but something was

wrong inside me and it just sort of crept up and, and overtook me for a while before I sort of
