And for some of you have been here for coming up 12 years now. Yeah, 12 years of the Join Up.

Dot's podcast bringing you the ups and the downs the the roller coaster of

creating financial freedom in your life and uh the last episode we did was the dark side of being

financially free when i was talking about how everybody wants to be financially free and not do anything and just

stroll around and but it's not as good as it sounds. It's brilliant on one side, but on the

other side you can easily get a bit lost and start to feel a bit listless. And I certainly

had that. And I've had that a few times, but just before

Christmas, as I was talking about on the show, I got really depressed like I've never been

before. And I couldn't understand what it was. And it really did overtake me. It was just a dark,

darkness, which I never normally have. I'm normally kind of bouncy

and enthusiastic. And a lot of it, I think it was that I kind of lost my point of being here.

I was just sort of floating around, waking up each morning thinking, what do I fancy doing today?
