Well, hello and welcome to this week's Dividend Cafe. This is David Bonson. I'm the Chief investment officer, managing partner at the Bonson Group.

We have our studio all set up in the New York office, and so it's kind of fun to be able to just

I can't even count how many different ways have done this over the last several

months. Although I listen to a lot of podcasts, particularly when I'm here in New York City and I'm walking

from my apartment to my office and it gives me more time for podcasts listening. I hear a ton of people

I listen to talk about how they've recorded in their car. I've never done that. So I assume they're in transit and have to record and they

pull over and record or something. I don't know. But it feels like I've done it a lot of different

ways. And I hope this will be a good one. The Dividing Cafe today is I'm going to discipline

myself to focus on the two major topics that I have, and that's because

both of them are substantial, and there's a lot I want to say about them, and yet there are a number

of other topics I could easily kind of go off into. I'm going to avoid all the election-oriented

stuff and political stuff because we're going

to get so deep into that after Labor Day. We have a white paper coming out. The Republican

Convention just wrapped up last night. There's more polling that will be coming out. And we're

kind of, and we're going to do a national video call on Zoom on September 14th at our

normal Monday time, which is 11 a.m. Pacific, 2 p.m. Eastern. And we'll unpack all of the political

stuff, you know, in that kind of second week of September timeframe going into the middle of the

month, which gives two full months
