| 1:30.6 | small operation like ShurSpot out in Boulder, Colorado can come up with |
| 1:36.0 | applications and services that employ end-to-end encryption to allow you to very |
| 1:41.0 | securely send a message to somebody who's also using that same application |
| 1:46.6 | and service. |
| 1:48.3 | And this has become a big hobby horse and concern for federal law enforcement and for the intelligence community |
