FBI is saying about Thomas Crooks, the 20-year-old they say tried to kill

former President Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania

last month.

The agency today giving us new insight into the shooter's mindset leading up to July 13th,

saying that beginning late last year crooks began researching

former President Donald Trump's campaign schedule and any upcoming

events in Pennsylvania. Come April of this year crooks added President Biden's campaign events to his searches,

according to investigators.

Crooks registered to attend the rally on July 6th.

The FBI says that same day he looked up,

And we also learned in the 30 days leading up to the shooting,

the FBI says Crooks had more than 60 searches related to Trump and

Biden. Fox is CB cotton. Crooks was shot and killed by the Secret Service. The FBI says it still

doesn't have a clear motive despite conducting

nearly 1,000 interviews.
