Diet Break week and I was trying to explain the up regulation that creates the down and how we freak out over the up on the scale.

And sometimes the up on the scale is what creates the continuation of the downward trend is the trend is what matters.

Anyway, I'm cruising on my fat loss phase. I have about one week left I guess less than a week since next

Friday I will be over-indulging for sure and yeah yeah, but it was the up that creates,

I just wanted to jump in because for some reason there's a lot of interest in my fat loss phase and I didn't realize that there that that was a topic of interest but I did receive a decent amount of questions and update requests like are you still in fat loss when are you you reversing out? How does that go to work?
