is a practice, oh my gosh, I think we talk about it a lot. We have gratitude journals,

gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, appreciation. It's very much, and has been for decades, the focus of

self-help work. And there's good reason why. When we feel a sincere sense of appreciation,

this is the closest we are to how the universe feels. We feel a high vibration. We feel loving. We come back to our true nature. So if this

is available to us in any day, in any situation, are you putting limits on it? Are you making your gratitude dependent?

I've been doing this exercise from the book, The Magic, the Rhonda Bunn book this year. It's part of my

book club. And one thing that you have to do is give gratitude, like 10 items, 10, 10 items of gratitude

as to why you're thankful for that area of your life that isn't working out, that isn't going

well. Maybe it's your health, maybe it's your money, maybe it's a relationship. Say, for example,
