Roland, you've written several books on aviation history before. What was it that drew you to the

story you've covered in this book? Well, I was

11 years old when the Falklands War was fought. And I suppose as a kid growing up in the 70s,

I'd made Airfix models and I'd read Commando comic and things. I think, you know, anyone who grew up

in the 70s had a childhood
