I'm going to read the shortest passage of scripture that I have for us today so that we can all be seated. Today we're going to start our journey of moving forward in Romans 10 and 17.

It says, so then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.

Heavenly Father, we thank you that you have brought us to the precipice of advancing in all

that you have called for us to do.

We thank you, Lord, that an encounter with your word today is precisely what we need so

that we can take the steps in the direction that you have already laid out for us to follow,

that we may give you honor and glory as we do it.

And that, Father, as your plan is unveiled and revealed, we grow into deeper and deeper intimacy with you and worship of you.

So, Father, we praise you for what you're about to do
