there has been a lot of rain recently. There has been a lot of mixed weather. Well, it is winter.

And it is enough to make anyone question their motivation. Now, listen, running in the rain

You've got to be safe. slowing things down, staying aware of your surroundings and focusing on effort rather than numbers can make all the difference.
