Hello and welcome to episode 200 of Working Hard. Yay! We're going to get into the episode in one second,

but for now, I've got a big fat cake in front of me, and you are very

much mistaken if you think that I'm not going to eat some of it. Oh, it's got a confetti on the

knife. Oh, that's really good, guys. Time for the episode. I feel like I should maybe have

like something profound to say here, but honestly, the main thing is,

we've made it to episode 200. That is absolutely insane. Because if I think back to when I, like,

started this podcast, I remember feeling definitely quite embarrassed when I was posting about it,

especially right at the beginning

when I was really trying to like get those numbers up. It was actually a bit mortifying the first,

the first while when I was like posting on socials and it like wasn't something that I would

usually post and people would just be like, okay, like I don't think many people were that

interested. And to think that this podcast has become over 200

episodes is probably the best proof I have that you just have to start things before you're ready

and you have to feel a bit of embarrassment. An embarrassment is usually the price you pay

for something actually working out because this past year we have hit

a million listeners a month we have had our best week a month ever we have grown the podcast

Instagram and newsletter to hundreds of thousands of people to become one of my favorite

corners of the internet and I have had so many of my dream guests on. I have literally

traveled around the world recording these conversations. And it's just become one of the parts of my
