Tell us about what the Iowa Republicans are up to here with regard to the press.

Well, earlier this week, majority leader of the Iowa Senate Jack Whitver Republican said that

reporters for the first time in 120 years were no longer welcome to sit on the press bench on

the Senate floor. Instead, they were going to be sent up to the balcony, the peanut gallery upstairs

to sit where they can barely see the senators on the floor, and it's all part of this Republican

attack on the media. It's going on across the country and they just are looking for new and

inventive ways to wage this war. This is something the autocratic or authoritarian regimes typically do,

is first go after the media when Donald Trump first started calling the media, the enemy of the

people, that should have been a huge flag when the president of the United States is quoting Joe

Stalin. Yeah, and then it works down to the state legislators who play the same game with us,
