| 1:43.0 | It was eight people all to eight white men all together. |
| 1:47.0 | And they published an open letter in the Birmingham newspaper. |
| 1:50.8 | The headline is, white clergy urge local Negroes to withdraw from demonstrations. |
| 1:58.8 | And they say, you know, we, the undersigned issue and appeal for law and order and common sense |
