With Democrats in charge of Congress and the White House, there's lots of talk about big ideas

for the country, infrastructure spending, gun control, filibuster reform and banning mental

cigarettes. Yeah, so it's kind of a renewal of the same conversation. Almost this time last year,

right before the pandemic really took hold and became the first priority on everyone's minds.
