Chapter 6

In the previous chapters, Mrs Wilkins and Mrs. Arbethnot spent a miserably guilty march

waiting for their trip to Italy.

As Mrs. Wilkins broke the news to her suspicious

husband, and Mrs. Arbuthnot was heartlessly ignored by hers. After suffering a tiresome and rainy journey,

and becoming frightened by their foreign hosts on arrival, they thought

their trip doomed. But upon arrival at the beautiful castle of San Salvador, seeing it was in fact

real, they felt finally happy and ready to enjoy themselves.

Now that we've caught up with the story so far, let's get ourselves ready for sleep.

Start by taking a deep, relaxing breath.

And settle your body body in whatever way feels most comfortable. Now let any thoughts of the day drift away from your mind and simply follow the sound of my voice.
