So welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for, especially praying for peace in the

souls of all the people in our country. Peace must begin in our soul, and then it moves out to our family and our country and the greatest mean to peace means to peace is by praying the rosary turning to the Queen of Peace Mary our mother.

We also offer this Rosary for Olivia Canale continuing to turn to Pauline Jericho

for her intercession for the healing of little Olivia from all of her cluster seizures

And now we'll pause for a moment to

Call to mind all those people and things that are on your mind and heart.

Now the uncertainty and the possibility of losing good things such as freedoms or health or way of life.

Whether it's to do with the elections or COVID or some other external situation, these can lead to the emotions of anger, fear,

frustration, and it can leave us paralyzed. Now Jesus tells us repeatedly, do be afraid do not worry do not be anxious

but still we are what are we missing now the emotions such as anger, fear, despair, these are things that just rise within us to prompt us to do good or avoid evil.

But sometimes those emotions can rise and then get stuck there and we

become paralyzed. Now we can use external events to justify being stuck in anger, fear, and frustration, but these emotions really come

from us.

When this happens, it's vital for us to be grounded in reality.

So in this meditation, I want to give you a five-fold strategy to do just that.

To be grounded in reality and to allow us to process these emotions properly and to get on to doing the good
