Do you ever get that niggling feeling somehow that there's something wrong with your life?

But life isn't supposed to feel this way, like something's up,

I need to fix something is broken or wrong and I don't know what it is and I feel

this sense of dissatisfaction and confusion and I don't like it. You're not alone my friends as a life coach I know that this is common

But I would like to perhaps offer something here that could be useful or helpful and frankly joyful that you can

and this is the best part implement immediately I'm going to give you a couple of

examples here.

Sometimes when we think that there's something wrong in inverted commas,

maybe in fact there's just a little something missing.

And I'm talking a 5% addition that you can loop into your life, loop into your weekly or monthly routine that can really satisfy

that feels like there's something wrong or there's an absence or there's something that just

doesn't feel totally

complete about your life. The first example is this. A woman who I know we're

not close but yeah I'd say we're pretty new friends.

She came to Miami where I live pretty recently, and she's like, look, I love it.

I love the weather. I love the vibe here. I love the beach. But I don't know like it just doesn't feel like home yet and I asked her you know what's missing like what what were you what she's from Canada was like, what was there at home in Canada that you haven't found here yet?

It's always a generous question, my friends, to ask people this. Be curious about them.

And in Canada, I can't remember the name, but she attended this very specific type of dance class.

It was like a fusion class that she was really interested in.

It was, she found kind of like her people there,

she would go weekly, and she said that in Miami there wasn't that very specific
