Hi, this is Josh Marshall and this is the Josh Marshall podcast with Kate Riga. Today

we've got a couple different topics we're going to discuss. We're going to discuss the unfolding

war in Israel but we're going to kind of deal with that at the beginning because that's a fast

moving story and there's we're still on the phase where there's such a chaos about it that

it's what we say could be no longer operative by the time you hear the podcast and we're also not

experts on it. So we're going to deal with that kind of quickly. Then we're going to get into

the speaker stuff which we, I mean, who's an expert on that but like where as good as it, you know,

where as good as you're going to get. So we're going to talk about that and we're also going to

talk about some Supreme Court oral arguments that center on our on yet another redistricting case
