filming my pre-post workout routine and it made me realize how much of a routine it really is. The things that I'm doing every single

day, I truly do every single time that I'm going to the gym and after the gym and during my

workout. So I just thought it was a fun episode, especially if any of you guys are on a fitness journey,

don't underestimate what you can do before the gym and after the gym. Of course, the workout itself is

really important. And whenever I go to the gym, I try to really be in the workout and focus on my

form and mind to muscle and all of that. But what you do before the gym and after the gym can be just as

important. So we'll talk about all of that today. But before we get into it, I have a few obsessions of the week.
